We have decided to switch comments off on our posts, so there won’t be a collection of any information here.

Contact forms

If you contact us through a contact form on our site, we will reply to the email address that you gave us with. This won’t subscribe you to any newsletters, and we will NOT give your details out to other 3rd parties.


We place cookies on some of our pages in order to track the performance of our paid traffic from Facebook, Google and other sources.

This allows us to see if people are visiting our site, and if they are going further or not, and lets us make better decisions.

We do not get give any private information from this, and we will not share our pixel with any third other companies.

Logging in

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for 12 months. If you tick “Remember Me”, your login will remain the same for two weeks. If you sign out of your account, the sign in cookies will be erased.

If you edit or publish an article, an extra cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not include personal information and simply indicates the post ID of the blog post you just edited. It is removed after one day.

Embedded content from other sites

Blog posts on this website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other sites behaves in the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who we share your data with

We do not share data with 3rd parties, however we will place Facebook and/or Google pixels in order to analyze the success of our paid media.

This will not give us any personal information, but lets us to make better choices based on the overall trend.

How long we retain your information

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are stored forever. This is so we can identify and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of keeping them in a moderation queue.

For members that register on our site (if any), we also store the private data they provide in their user profile.

All members can see, edit, or delete their personal data at any time (except they cannot change their username).

Website administrators can also see and update those details.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this website, or have previously commented (currently turned off), you may request to obtain an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have given to us.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.

This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
